Product Details
Description
S&B Filters fuel tanks maximize the space under your diesel truck and empower you to fly by more gas stations like a compact, fuel-efficient car. The folks at S&B know even lifted trucks often sacrifice clearance for larger holds. That's why they design their tanks with a contour around the driveshaft area, helping you maximize clearance. A transfer pump fitting allows you to pull fuel from your now larger tank for equipment—saving valuable space in your truck's bed. Spend less time at the pump and more time driving with the S&B high-capacity replacement fuel tank designed to fit your vehicle.
40% MORE RANGE
S&B's 68-gallon fuel tank directly replaces the OEM 48-gallon tank without any cutting, drilling, or special modifications. This makes for a trouble-free, faster installation process. S&B's replacement fuel tank holds 3 more gallons than competitor tanks allowing you to save time, go further, and get more out of your truck!
EASY DISTANCE TO EMPTY CALIBRATION
We offer a free service to update the computer in your truck so the Distance to Empty (DTE) displays the accurate range. This works for 2011-2022 Ford trucks. No 2023 calibration at this time.
USE YOUR OEM SKID PLATE
If you don't have a skid plate on your truck already, no problem! But if you do, we designed the S&B Tank to allow you to reuse the factory skidplate.
Important Notes:
- This tank holds approximately 68 gallons of fuel. The float's empty position in the S&B Tank is the same as the OEM tank. Since the bottom surface area on the S&B Tank is larger, the 68 Gallon tank will have a greater fuel reserve.
- The nozzle at high flow fuel stations (truck stops) will not be able to fill automatically.
