Refund Policy

Return Period
You may return most products in their original, unused, resalable condition within 30 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee may apply for returns unless the item is incorrect or defective.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please complete our return request form. We will review and respond within 1–2 business days.

Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all original accessories, manuals, and parts. Items that have been installed, used off-road, or show signs of wear may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days, issuing the credit to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
Customized, made-to-order products, or similarly marked items may not be eligible for return. Please check product descriptions or contact us for clarification before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any related shipping costs.

Shipping Claims (Mis-shipments / Damage in Transit)
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If there is a mis-shipment or damage in transit, report it to us within two (2) business days of delivery to qualify for a return or replacement.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, before shipping, without fee.

  • Cancellations after 24 hours may incur a 10% cancellation fee to cover administrative and processing costs.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will be responsible for any shipping charges.

Exceptions & Order Changes
Customized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. If you need to modify your order, please contact us promptly, and we will attempt to accommodate your request.

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Delivery Refusals / In-Transit Cancellations
If a delivery is refused or canceled during transit, refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned items. Additional fees may apply, depending on the circumstances.
