Product Description:
This premium headlight sealant is specifically formulated RTV (Room-Temperature-Vulcanizing) waterproof silicone sealant, designed for reassembling automotive headlamp housings. It has a tack time of 30 minutes and cures in three hours, though six hours is recommended for a full cure.

Specifications:
- Min Application Temperature: 35°F
- Max Application Temperature: 115°F
- Coverage (3/16 Bead): 50 ft.

Instructions:
The silicone will become tack-free within 30 minutes of application. Affix the headlight lens with a clamp or other device to apply pressure for at least 3 hours while the seal sets—preferably overnight. The silicone may take up to 2 weeks to fully cure both inside and outside. Avoid pressure washing, heavy rain, or any unnecessary contact with water or moisture during this period.

Warnings:
Do not ingest. Avoid inhaling fumes during curing, as it releases Methanol and Ammonia. Do not allow contact with eyes; wear safety glasses while using this product. Keep away from children.
