RETURN POLICY


Return Period: You may return most products in original packaging that's in new, sellable condition within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to your order unless the item is incorrect, or a defective claim has been made. Return Process: To initiate a return, please fill out the return request form and we will review it in 1-2 business days. Return Conditions: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.


Any product that has been installed, used off-road, or shows signs of wear and tear may not be eligible for return.


Please include all original accessories, manuals, and parts that came with the item.


Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return. For all other returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as customized or made-to-order products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact us for more details before placing your order. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed, including covering any return shipping costs.


MIS-SHIPMENTS AND DAMAGE

TOP and our partners make every effort to ensure that shipments leave complete, correct, and well-packaged. However, there are rare occasions where an error has occurred, or items have been damaged in transit. We ask that you carefully inspect your package to make sure everything is present and undamaged and report any issues to TOP within two (2) business days of receipt.


CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation Period: Orders can typically be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without incurring any cancellation fees unless the item has already shipped out. Cancellation Fees: After 24 hours of placing an order, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value. This fee is to cover administrative costs and processing fees incurred by us. If already shipped, orders may not be cancelled, and customer is responsible for any shipping fees incurred. Cancellation Process: To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at info@topoffroadperformance.com or call 562-926-5858. Please provide your order number for faster processing. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Exceptions: Customized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. Please check the product description or contact us for more details before placing your order. Changes to Orders: We understand that sometimes changes are necessary. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Out-of-Stock Items: In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.


REFUSALS

For delivery refusals and in transit cancellations, refunds will be delayed until we've been billed by the carrier and received the item back. Fees may be applicable depending on the circumstances.
